最新情況!
之後我於12/20用EMS將煤水車寄回美國,運費很便宜才630元,
對方在台灣時間12/24日就收到了,真的很快!
對方並回信確認,內容如下:
Hello Mr.Hsueh,
We received the defective tender you returned. Is
there anything else you want to order or just ship
the exchange on the tender. Awaiting your reply.

對方表示已經收到貨物,並且詢問是否還有其他需要?
之後我直接回覆暫不需要,此外我有另外註明屆時也希望能用EMS回寄,
運費差價部分我可以補!
今日收到對方回信,內容如下:
WE SENT IT SURFACE MAIL, WE WILL RETURN IT THE SAME
WAY
SHIPPING ON ORDER #*****

唉!所以只好再等一段時間了! :|

一旦確立了收藏的目標,往後的路會越走越寬廣!
昨天新收到的煤水車只有稍微檢視一下之前的瑕疵,
原先以為已經沒問題了,
就草草放在桌上去忙其他的事。
一直到睡前我要收入盒子,才真正仔細的檢查,
不料發現了令我非常不愉快的重大瑕疵,
這次讓我非常懷疑Trainworld的品檢標準!

真的是誇張到極點!

有沒有發現問題在哪裡?
收到的東西,尾端小燈是斷掉的,連屍體都沒有!
再來是轉向架為何會有上油的痕跡?
排線也不應該是這個樣子,
分明是再換一個有問題的商品給我!
真的是藍波火整個燒到最高點........
我已經再次去函給Trainworld,內容如下:
Hi..I received the exchanged tender yesterday (ORDER #558616), I was very happy because it was so fast by air mail.But now, I got a big problem. After my checking the tender, I found there are 3 problems on that. You can look at the pictures.
1. The lamp on the top is missing.
2. The wire bus shouldn’t be like this. I believe they are not separated normaly.
3. Under the wheels, it seems somebody put some grease on that. Maybe it’s for lubrication. But are you sure that’s a brand new one?!
This time I have to complain about that. I don’t care much about the money for shipping back and forth. But you know, it’s still a waste of time and money for both you and me, right? I believe you are a reliable company so I have to tell you about that.
So…can I return and exchange again? Waiting for your answer….thanks!
