Dear Sir,
Thank you for your e-mail.

I changed the motor car, but the trouble wasn't solved.
So, the cause isn't the motor car, but the problem of compatibility between
the KATO THALIS and your truck.
Sorry I don't have any plan to solve the problem.

If you use DCC, the cause of the trouble may be DCC.
I don't think the other factor.

Is your truck flat and smooth?
If your truck isn't flat and smooth, it is a one of cause.
I think there are some possibility that the contact of the motor become
bad when the car run on your truck.
It is some different from the structure of the motor of THALIS and 800
series.
Please check again.

自己修吧, 改裝是玩模型的樂趣之一. 國外郵購一來一往郵費都要超過了.

其實那個電路真的很簡單
既然樓主試過馬達直接通電沒問題
兩顆電容拿掉就都OK了
電容也非絕對需要的元件,甚至供電軌本身就已經有配置電容了
即使沒有,若真在乎那個電容效果只要在供電端配置就可以了適用所有車輛了,車上再裝個小電容其實也是多餘的
