事情大概是這樣子：
我向這個網站 http://www.internettrains.com/ 買了模型火車， 過程中，除了某些項目因缺貨而未成交外，所有的訂單都沒有問題。
經過越洋海運，昨天寄到台南。今天拆箱一看，發現這一批貨少了這個：http://www.internettrains.com/athoscrtrspt.html
ATHEARN HO Scale RTR T&P 140-92187 40' Flat Car w/Boat 價值16.13美金。(約NT$500) 但是隨貨送到的單據上與原先無誤。
問題如下：
一、是什麼原因造成我的車廂少了一輛？
二、我要怎麼寫一封 E-mail 告知這個網路商店，並詢問要如何處理咧？ 我沒寫過英文信阿。怎麼開頭，怎麼結尾我都不知道咧。
三、對方會如何處理呢？這是郵購的風險之一嗎？

However, I feel that your store should reimburse me for the US$XXX extra I had to pay because of your saleman's miscalculation.
I will appreciate anything you can do to help me on this matter. And I trust I shall hear from you soon.
P.S. For verification, I am enclosing photostatic copies of your invoice and the photo of toys.

What I'm saying is that if you use Catman as a name,they would be confused who is sending this notice,in a formal letter you must use your own name instead of a nickname(example:小明,阿呆,胖哥,小弟...etc)in order to let them know who you are,a normal person or a mentle retarded guy who is just going mad or other words [crazy].
