上週發生在西班牙北部的高鐵出軌事故，造成了79人喪生、130人受傷。52歲的列車司機加松阿莫，今天被以79項過失殺人罪起訴，警方在調查時，懷疑加松阿莫在列車過彎時，可能是以正常車速的2倍狂飆，才會釀禍。而現場救援人員也表示，他把司機救出來的時候，加松阿莫曾經喃喃自語、自責車速過快，但在法庭上，加松阿莫卻拒絕回答任何問題，也不願承認自己過失。法院對加松阿莫准予交保釋放，但下令他每週要向法庭報到，並禁止他出境，以及駕駛火車。
