(請勿談論政治議題或做人身攻擊)前陣子在ebay以23歐元跟一德國人標到一對saba老喇吧結果賣家運費要求83歐元,共106歐元,由於物件很大所以運費還算合理!心想106歐元而以,賣方得標信內也註明可寄現金,所以我就寫信跟賣家告知我要寄現金過去,就把110歐元用信封包起來到郵局寄EMS(註:106歐元有1塊零錢很難寄so我寄110歐元),之後就上郵局的網站追蹤(https://postserv.prsb.gov.tw/Trade/CN_P ... 天就到德國了,真是快!
好玩的來了,
賣方第四天就寫信跟我講為何還沒收到錢呢!?我就把我追蹤的list寄給他,幾點幾分寄件,幾點幾分到德國,什麼人簽收的,記錄的清清楚楚

The neighbour of Stefanie (my girlfriend I am the most time), Mrs. Wuebben, got it and signed it but she had forgotten to give it to us! At the first look all seemed to be good, but then I realized that the envelope must have been opened already before! And the envelope from you (nice letter, but I really cannot read your language) was damaged and without money!!! I don't believe that the neighbour had stolen the money but I really don't know what to say! This situation I had never before, every time all went good with registered mails... But normally I took it from the post office when we were not at home. Please ask in your post office if there is an insurance or something else for lost! I consider to go to the police but unfortunatelly I have no proofs!! Please give me one week to look for the possibilities to get the money back from the post or someone else. Because EUR 105 is much money for me I don't like to loose it. But I cannot say when it was stolen, was it our postman? Did it steal in Frankfurt or Taiwan... If it is a letter to your girlfriend, why does your neighbor open a letter to you? I can't believe and can't understand.( please give me your neighbor's phone or email or something I can contact with her) I think I am a little angry before. I am sorry about that. It's really doesn't make sense. I think you should charge to your post office. Why they can give the letters to stranger?? It is really very stranger.My neighbor never open my letter even the letter is sent to him. In addition, the registered letter must be signed by you or your famaly, it's well know in the whole word. 所以,建議各位車友在eaby買東西還是不要用寄現金的方式交易較妥當,儘量用匯款或paypel
這就是為了省手續費的後果啊!
