之前向一日本郵購預約一組火車,但後來價格有調高至今未收到商品寄了封mail給他,也回了我信;內容2.3段大致說原廠商價格有調整加上EMS費用大概是多少,然後會從我的信用卡扣除,看我的意思如何吧.後來再mail給他說ok至今卻沒下文奇怪了?我在想第一段是要我到該賣場重新下單的意思嗎?因為線上翻譯翻到看不懂.... ,問題是我若再訂一次貨到時不知會重複寄出重複扣款! Regading which you made a preorder it to our shop before,
it was changed SRP by KATO.
Used to be ￥12094- include tax,now new SRP is ￥12850- .
Also shippinng cost will be ￥.1743-
So if you are OK to ￥14593- total amount,
I will charge it to your credit card,then ship to you by EMS.
I look forward to hearing from you.

We are very sorry for about delay. I can not get your creditcard
authorise,because I hear most of the creditcard which is not made in
Japan
,now we cannot get authorise. (Not only for you and our shop,but also
other
customer and other shop.)

We are asking about alternative way to RAKUTEN,but they do not
suggested to
us a good answer.

So now only way is xhager to you by Bank TT or Money order from Post
office,is this possible?
