他沒講是USPS的哪一種, 你可以再問問他USPS有四種, 海運/空運/EMS/快遞(外包給Fedex)

除海運外, 其他都不便宜而且價錢上相差不會太多, 要cancel order就如下回信便是~

Ex:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I didn't expect the shipping charge would be so expensive. Please go ahead to cancel the order for me and kindly reply me to confirm the cancellation.
